Youll play a key role in managing their transportation and warehouse network, ensuring our perishable goods stay fresh and arrive on time, every time.What Youll Do:Oversee day-to-day logistics including transportation, warehousing, and inventory managementManage cold chain logistics to maintain produce freshness and reduce spoilageCoordinate with growers, transporters, and retail customers to ensure smooth delivery flowOptimize delivery routes and logistics costs using data-driven toolsEnsure full compliance with food safety and transportation regulations Lead and support a team of drivers, warehouse staff, and logistics coordinatorsMonitor KPIs and continuously improve logistics performanceWhat You Bring:5+ years in logistics or supply chain, ideally in fresh produce or perishablesStrong understanding of cold chain and inventory systemsProven leadership and problem-solving skillsProficiency with logistics softwareA get-it-done attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment * Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or relevantBonus Points For:Experience with international logistics and customs for produceSupply chain certificationPassion for sustainability in food logistics
