A Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial Engineering or Logistics Management.
A minimum of 8-10 years' Operational Management experience within a Supply Chain or Manufacturing environment.
A minimum of 5 years' General Management experience in a small to medium Logistics or Manufacturing setting.
Experience in implementing WCM and driving Continuous Improvement (CI) projects.
Working knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies.
Working knowledge of SAP (SD, PP, and MM modules).
Responsibilities:
Manage all warehouse personnel, including performance management and employee development.
Benchmark, review, and introduce systems to optimise the efficient delivery of warehouse services in a sustainable manner.
Coordinate delivery of services with the organisation's operations to promote synergy and grow so as to provide strategic partnerships that enhance.
The development and implementation of new business processes, handling equipment, product packaging, transport equipment, and resourcing as and when required by changes in business requirements or strategic direction.
Effective management of Inventory and Distribution activities in and out of the warehouses, including the management of group tenants sharing these facilities.
Delivery of consistent, accurate, and on-time reporting, which includes operational and financial analysis highlighting key risks and opportunities.
Ensure adherence to all quality control systems, including ISO 9000.
Drive the introduction of World Class performance and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Coordinate adherence to the PFG business integration planning and ensure order execution.
