About the Role:Were looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless stock management, warehousing, and distribution. This role is key in keeping our logistics running efficiently and ensuring our retail operations remain well-stocked and organized.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee warehouse operations, including stock control, replenishment, and stock-taking.
• Route planning, order & control of stock and warehouse.
• Ensure smooth and efficient movement of goods from suppliers to warehouses and retail locations.
• Develop strategies to optimize stock management and reduce waste.
• Oversea s small team to maintain accuracy in inventory levels and timely replenishment.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Distribution staff management
• Attend meetings as required at customer sites
• Analyze logistics data to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in retail logistics, including warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Strong knowledge of stock control, stock replenishment, and stock-taking processes.
• Experience with logistics software and inventory management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
