will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the company's logistics operations, ensuring the efficient storage, transportation, and delivery of goods. You'll be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing routes, controlling costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee transport scheduling and fleet management.
Develop strategies to optimize logistics performance and reduce costs.
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor transport costs and delivery performance.
Manage warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Supervise and support logistics staff.
Analyze logistics data and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a logistics and fleet management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets and negotiate with suppliers or service providers.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software (ERP, WMS, TMS).
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
