Logistics / Dispatch Manager - Johannesburg (Paint & Solvent Manufacturing)
We are seeking a skilled Logistics / Dispatch Manager with at least
5 years of experience
in manufacturing or chemical environments. The successful candidate will ensure smooth dispatch operations, accurate order fulfilment, customer communication, and production coordination.Key functions:
Dispatch planning & daily operations Customer communication (deliveries, delays, confirmations) Coordination with production to manage lead times Warehouse, stock, and inventory management Transporter management & route optimisation Leadership of drivers & dispatch staff Enforcing safety standards & quality checks
Required experience:
5+ years in logistics/dispatch Manufacturing/chemical industry Strong communication skills Computer literacy (Excel / ERP) Leadership & problem-solving ability
Salary:
