Job Description

Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily administration and management of the CHEP portal, including pallet counts, managing disputes, and capturing transfers
  • Generate and reconcile purchase orders for transporters.
  • Tying up of invoices to statements for issuing to creditors
  • Invoice reconciliation
  • Generate and manage export permits, COAs, and batch code documentation.
  • Daily capturing/allocation of routes to cost centers for month end costing
  • Provide administrative support to DC, Logistics, and Finance teams
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Diploma or Degree in Administration or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and SAP
  • Experience in administering a CHEP account (advantageous)
  • Strong communication, numeracy, and attention to detail
