Receive deliveries from the suppliers and ensuring that accurate quantities of products are received by comparing appropriate paperwork
Generate GRV (good receiving voucher)
Solving of queries from various parties within required timeframe. (Vendors, Requesters, Creditors, Management etc.)
Inspect goods for Quality, Quantity, Correctness
Weigh Vehicles at Weighbridge
Ensure that all necessary documents are endorsed if any discrepancies
Administration and Filing
Record Keeping, Proper filling systems for all Purchase Orders and Goods Returned Notes
Sort the delivery note and invoices according to Necsa group entities
Generate system reports as and when required
Ensure that the operating environment is clean as per policies and procedures
Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested
SHEQ Management
Complete BBS observations in order to prevent injuries
Ensure that fuel handling is in accordance with applicable regulations and best practices
Store product by designated storage areas and adjusting of storage areas accordingly for safe environment
Ensure that safety standards of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) are followed at all times
Maintain and tidy the environment and manage any hazard.

Manage all Transport related services
3rd party management and communication
Stakeholder communication related to Transport
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Key knowledge and skills:
General knowledge of the Procurement/Logistics and Provisioning Procedures to run a business successfully
Material handling and dispatching

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
A Diploma or NQF 6 Qualification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement
2 years' experience in Procurement or SCM environment.
Public Sector procurement experience will be advantageous
