Logistics Controller

Job Description
We're hiring a Logistics Controller (Clearing & Forwarding).
You'll process import/export Bills of Entry, coordinate customs clearances, manage shipment documentation, prepare supplier invoices in FUSION, and support multi-port operations.
Minimum Requirements: * Grade 12 + Diploma/Certificate in Logistics, Customs Clearing, or International Trade
- 3-5 years customs clearing & forwarding experience
- Proficiency in FUSION, ACS, MS Office
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
- Process accurate Import/Export Bills of Entry
- Coordinate customs clearances and regulatory bodies
- Prepare supplier invoices and manage deferment payments
- Maintain permits, legal texts, and compliance
- Complete month-end AR/AP and support vessel account
