Job Description
Our client, a well-established agricultural operation within the citrus industry, is seeking to employ a Temporary Logistics Controller to join their team, based in Port Elizabeth.
This FTC position will run from March up to end September.
Package: +/- R20k per month
Requirements:
- Matric.
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- A valid driver's license.
- Must be innovative and detail-oriented
- Capable of managing multiple and high-priority tasks.
- Ability to manage projects effectively and meet firm deadlines.
- Computer literate.
- Creation, cancellation, and follow-up of bookings for specific markets.
- Allocation of stock as supplied by the Senior Controller.
- Sending out loading instructions.
- Pulling, validating, and distributing BD packing lists.
- Risk report analysis.
- Invoicing and supporting other departments with logistics queries.
