Job Description

Inventory management

o Inbound and outbound inventory management

o Daily reconciliation of inventory

o Recording and reporting of daily inventory

Management of sales and customer services staff at your region

o Orders must be confirmed daily by the sales/customer services staff, prior to dispatching of orders.

o Technical support to the customer on the product ordered.

o Feedback on unsuccessful orders

Management of drivers

o Recruitment of drivers

o Planning of their routes

o Allocation of the orders

o Maintaining a high successful delivery rate

o Management of the drivers

o Daily Reconciliation of the sales concluded, and funds received

o Daily reporting of driver's performance

Administration and asset management

o Reconciliation of the total sales done for the day.

o Reconciliation of the funds received via bank transfer; cash deposit done by drivers.

o Management of the company assets (computers, printers, scanners, bank card machines, office furniture and equipment)

o Management of the leased premises on behalf of the company

o Office essentials procurement

Working Hours

o Monday to Saturday

o Public holidays subject to delivery demands/sales.

Renumeration

o Basic salary (subject to experience - will be discussed in person)

o Commission

Requirements

o Minimum 3 years' experience in the similar position

o Good track record from previous employer, with written references and contact information of referrals.

o Mature and independent person

o Own vehicle is mandatory

o Sober habits (non-substance user - nonsmoker and non-alcohol user)
