Lodge Spa Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Lodge Spa Manager to join our client based in Bela-Bela Limpopo just north of Pretoria

SKILL SET REQUIRED:

Minimum matric high school qualification.
3-year Diploma in Somatology, ITEC/CIBTEC/CIDESCO qualification;
2 years employment in a spa/salon environment. (Previous Lodge experience will be a bonus)
Experience managing a minimum of three or more people is a must.
Retail experience a plus
Basic computer skills and aptitude for learning our integrated software system(ESP / My Salon Software);
Possess good communication skills.
Good spelling abilities.
Proficiency in both written and verbal English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous
Compassionate about working with people.
Service orientated.
Experience in direct customer care (hospitality and retail experience excellent)
Time management and coordination skills.
Understanding of all spa management best practices and relevant laws
Exceptional Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills / quick decision-making skills
Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high-performance
Ability to work flexible hours
Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
Valid RSA Driverxe2x80x99s License
First Aid Level Three xe2x80x93 advantageous
Vaccinated or /Willing to be vaccinated advantageous
