Job Summary Candidate requirements:
- At least 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in lodge management (preferably a remote, African lodge)
- Experience managing a team of people in Africa
- Preferably should have worked internationally or traveled
- Have a solid understanding of the travel industry
- Passion for the environment and nature conservation
- Have an understanding of the industryxe2x80x99s financial processes
- Food and beverage knowledge and passion
- Maintenance experience
- Good administration skills
- Ideally someone who has come from a guiding background
- Someone with a passion for food
