Lodge Manager / Lodge Management Couple

Job Description
Job Summary This is an exciting opportunity for dynamic, hands-on hospitality professionals who are dedicated to exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and team leadership. A preference would be for one of the couple to fulfill the role of a Guide and the other as a Lodge Manager.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of lodge management experience
- Guide must have min of FGASA Level 2/NQF4 (must be current)
- First Aid Level 1 (min requirement)
- PDP (must be current)
- Excellent admin skills
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to manage staff and the lodge on a daily basis
- Great customer relations and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of boreholes, solar system and generator (would be beneficial)
6 weeks on and 2 weeks off (negotiable)
Salary: Couple R40k - R50k or Lodge Manager R25k - R30k CTC
