A very unique safari retreat is looking for a LODGE MANAGER
Nestled in a pristine wilderness oasis, this lodge features twelve exquisitely crafted suites. The ideal candidate must be a natural leader with a strong commitment to service excellence and a desire to contribute to a meaningful mission. This position requires flexibility, resilience, and an interest in wellness and wilderness living. Ideal for candidates who enjoy remote living and working closely with a tight-knit team.
Candidate requirements:
- Strong hospitality or lodge management background, ideally within safari, wellness, or retreat lodges.
- Familiarity with wellness modalities (yoga, meditation, spa, wellness programming) would be an advantage.
- Proven experience leading and developing diverse on-site teams across service departments
- Strong administrative, multitasking, and guest service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
