OUTPUTS xefx82xb7 Meet every guest and ensure they know who is looking after them xefx82xb7 Ensuring all organizational requirements around delivering an company guest experience at Mountain Lodge is planned for and executed on a daily basis xefx82xb7 Ensure our brand standards are always maintained in all areas that make up the guest experience xefx82xb7 Represent the company brand in appearance and behaviour xefx82xb7 Create an environment where the company culture is fostered xefx82xb7 Innovate new ideas and ways to edge the brand and improve xefx82xb7 Ensure that our culture of rewarding and recognizing of staff is followed through all levels of the lodge xefx82xb7 Ensure that training & development of staff is coordinated and planned according to your budgets xefx82xb7 Ensure that controls and systems are in place to ensure the sustainability of the business as well as conserving our resources xefx82xb7 Ensure the company Hospitality DNA is known by all xefx82xb7 Relieve for the General Manager when on leave xefx82xb7 Hosting xefx82xb7 Taking the lead on groups, VIP repeat guests and host all agents and operators
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED (QUALIFICATIONS OR TRAINING PROGRAMS) xefx82xb7 At least 5 years relevant experience in a 5 star operation xefx82xb7 Managerial experience xefx82xb7 Company Knowledge xe2x80x93 specific to the company xefx82xb7 Valid unendorsed SA driverxe2x80x99s license essential.
