Accommodation: Fully Provided Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to oversee daily operations at a prestigious 5-star safari lodge situated within a well-established Big 5 Private Game Reserve in the Eastern Cape. We're looking for someone who leads with presence, heart, and a refined eye for detail - someone who understands what it takes to deliver effortless; intuitive, luxury-level guest experiences while maintaining efficient operational flow and a positive team culture. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily lodge operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction ? Lead; inspire, and grow a high-performing hospitality team Manage guest hosting, special requests, and high-profile stays Oversee stock control, purchasing, and supplier coordination Work closely with the Executive Chef, Head Ranger, and Operations Management Uphold brand standards, property upkeep, and service culture Contribute to budgeting, financial monitoring, and cost management Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards Requirements: Previous luxury lodge or boutique hotel management experience (5? preferred) Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills Professional; guest-centric hosting style with an authentic presence Operational awareness across housekeeping, F&B, and guest services Solid administrative and financial capabilities Proficient in lodge/hotel management systems Flexible; adaptable, and calm under pressure Package & Benefits: Salary from R30;000 (negotiable based on experience) On-site accommodation included Opportunity to lead in a sought-after, reputable Big 5 Reserve A role with meaningful impact and growth potential
