Job Summary ? ?? is partnering with a luxury lodge in the Eastern Cape to identify an experienced . The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior role at a 5-star lodge, with strong leadership, operational, and administrative skills. They will be professional, guest-focused, and have excellent communication, financial, and attention-to-detail abilities. Proficiency in OPERA, MS Office, and guest feedback platforms like TripAdvisor is essential, along with a passion for staff development and service excellence. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role within a luxury lodge Degree / National Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management Must have a high level of working knowledge- Guest relations, F & B, HK and Front office. Proven ability and passion to lead, train, and develop staff. Exceptional food & beverage knowledge is required. Strong customer service orientation and communication and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems. (Opera) Sound understanding of financial, legal, and maintenance responsibilities. Valid driver's license. Passion for wildlife and conservation. Previous experience in remote lodge operations. Stable employment history and contactable references.
