Job Description


Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with daily lodge operations and guest relations
  • Overseeing front-of-house activities and coordinating with housekeeping and kitchen teams
  • Welcoming and hosting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly
  • Supporting the training and supervision of junior staff
  • Ensuring lodge standards are consistently upheld across all touchpoints
Requirements:
  • 23 years experience in a similar role at a luxury lodge or hotel
  • Hospitality or tourism qualification preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Professional, guest-focused, and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with lodge systems such as PANstrat, Opera, or ResRequest an advantage
  • Valid drivers license
