Job Summary The position is responsible for actioning key functions within with the Loans and Shares functions, as well as certain supervisory functions related to tasks and people KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 A minimum of 5 - 8 yearsxc3xa2xe2x82xac relevant work experience (Accounting/debtors). xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 A sound knowledge of Organizations processes would be an added advantage. xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 SAP system experience preferably in Loans Management Module. xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Excel and Word QUALIFICATION BCom degree with accounting as major Relevant Financial Management Degree.xc3x82 The key functions of the position include: xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Creation of contracts on SAP following approval by the relevant credit approval committees and specific Fund approval bodies xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Monthly clearing of GL clearing accounts, as assigned. xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Checking loan agreements activated by Loans Administrators for accuracy and completeness. xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Implementation of LOAs. xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Daily disbursement processes related to Loans and Shares xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Manually maintaining interest rates on specific accounts xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Assistance with Legal Matters, Certificate of Indebtedness, litigation matters xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Online debit order collections on relevant payment dates xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Preparation of normal and IRR settlement amounts, on request from business. xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Action write-offs as approved by the relevant approval bodies and in line with Delegation Matrix xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Post-approval changes on SAP, including but not limited to the CAM system. xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Management of Trade Finance revolving credit facility transactions xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Management of Guarantee and Letter of Undertaking processes xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Management of all Share-related transactions, including but not limited to the selling and purchasing of shares, redemptions and dividends. xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Releasing contracts on SAP, subject to certain authority levels to be determined. xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Posting of debit positions and other business operation items xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Signing of security release forms as requested by Corporate Secretariat. xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Managing the completeness and execution of designated tasks, such as legal agreements, CAMs; LOAs; Guarantees etc. xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Co-management of large, complex transactions together with administrators xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Maintain accuracy of Loans TB for assigned SBUs. xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Manage IMC processes, as required, for assigned SBUs. xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Review and posting of journals, as required. xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Reconciliation of the Loans TB to the Clients GL xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Addressing internal and external client queries and review pertaining to queries xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Ad hoc on the job training and mentoring of staff. xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Liaising with Internal and External Auditors xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Numerous routine and ad-hoc support functions BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Deadline driven xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Attention to detail xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Must be able to work effectively within a team structure xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Good Communication Skills xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Good Interpersonal Skills xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Coping with Pressures and Setbacks xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Good Time Management Skills TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Supervisory Skills xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Project Management Skills xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Strong Analytical Skills xc3xa2xe2x82xacxc2xa2 Planning and Organising SkillsTalentCruRecruiter
