LITIGATION SECRETARY



Marais Muller Hendricks Inc., a leading law firm in Cape Town

, is seeking to appoint an experienced and highly organised

Litigation Secretary

to join our dynamic litigation team.

Key Responsibilities:



Typing and formatting of letters and pleadings Diary management and coordination of appointments and consultations Handling incoming and outgoing calls Filing of pleadings and correspondence (manual and electronic) Managing court dates, deadlines and follow-ups General administrative support to senior attorneys

Requirements:



Minimum 8 years' experience as a litigation secretary (High Court and Magistrate's Court exposure) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software systems Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with attention to detail Professional demeanour and a strong work ethic
