Large legal firm is seeking an associate in a commercial Litigation team with a dual speciality in the fields of Litigation and White
collar/Business crimes
Requirements:
- In depth knowledge of white-collar crimes and expert
- Investigative and problem-solving skills
- Very strong commercial litigation experience
- Knowledge of the High Court Rules and Practice manuals in the applicable High Court Divisions
- Strong knowledge of the manner in which application
- Must be an admitted attorney
- At least 2 years post-articles experience in Commercial
