Job Description
We're seeking an experienced
Litho Print manager
to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have aminimum of 5 years' relevant litho printing experience
and arecognized litho or printing qualification
.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage staff, including shift planning, training, and performance management. Oversee daily production to ensure deadlines, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with production departments to maintain workflow efficiency. Monitor and maintain equipment in collaboration with maintenance dept. Provide technical advice, hands-on support, and apprentice training. Ensure effective housekeeping, safety, and compliance with health and safety as well as quality standards. Drive continuous improvement through new systems and process enhancements.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years' experience
in a litho printing managerial or supervisory role.Relevant lithographic qualification and technical expertise
. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and quality control skills. Quick Easy Knowledge preferable Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills Hands-on experience with press setup and FSC requirements.If you're a quality-driven professional with a passion for print excellence, apply now to join our dynamic team.
