Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Line Supervisor to lead and manage daily operations on the production line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining workflow efficiency, ensuring product quality, and supervising a team of production in a clothing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production line workers. Monitor production output to meet quality and efficiency standards. Ensure adherence to safety and company policies. Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching. Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Line Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in a sewing environment. Strong understanding of sewing processes and quality control standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
