Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications On Board Cruise Ship- Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an appealing manner- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies- Collaborate with other members of the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service- Maintain a clean and organized work station- Adhere to all company and industry safety standards- Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge through training and development opportunitiesQualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen- Culinary degree or diploma preferred- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality dishes- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical examination and background check
