Job Description

Technical support role for Sample Reception and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) support.

Please note: This is not a lab-based role. Our team provides support and services to laboratories -- enabling them to function more efficiently through the use of digital systems and tools. You will assist with LIMS user support, data entry, and provide first-line IT troubleshooting related to sample workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support to lab users regarding LIMS-related queries.

Work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve data or workflow issues.

Ensure adherence to data quality and system integrity standards.

Assist with basic training for new LIMS users or process changes when needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a support (within a lab support environment is a plus)

Understanding of sample handling, lab workflows, or data capturing processes.

Strong computer literacy and comfort using web-based systems and Excel.

Excellent communication skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

Any prior exposure to LIMS systems would be advantageous

Basic knowledge of data integrity or quality standards (e.g., ISO)

Familiarity with laboratory terminology or workflows
