Job Description


Our client in the Financial and Insurance industry is currently looking for a Life Investments Administrator, in Durbanville.

Responsibilities:

  • To support the smooth running of offices by carrying out clerical tasks and projects.
  • Provide assistance to brokers in obtaining the quotes they require.
  • Ensure quotes are accurate and agree with client information provided by the broker and/or the client. Load client information into the necessary systems.
  • Ensure that all parties receive the necessary feedback. (i.e., client and brokers on the status of the request)
  • As the primary responsible person, maintain accountability for all client requests received to ensure that SLAs are met in a professional manner.
  • Ensure that client data meets the requirements of FICA.
  • Maintain all correspondence on and in accordance with prescribed systems and/or procedures.
  • Provide assistance to brokers in meeting compliance requirements.
  • Ensure that client records are created and updated with a focus on data quality and quantity.
  • Maintain a continuous update of the client database.
  • Send daily birthday reminders to clients and SMS messages when necessary.
  • Follow up with the broker regarding outstanding client information or compliance requirements.
  • Review/renewal reminders should be sent to financial advisers on a monthly basis.
  • Identify review dates in order to assist brokers in reviewing customer bases on an annual basis.
  • Ensure that brokers are reminded of upcoming reviews and renewals.
  • Ensure that all processes are executed on WorkPool and completed within the specified timeframe.
  • Ensure that all follow-up tasks are completed on a daily basis and that feedback is documented.
  • Ensure that all fields are filled out and that all information is true and accurate in order to enable the compilation of reports.
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed on time or within the service level agreement.
  • Make sure Workpool is checked daily and that any compliance issues are addressed.
  • Communicate weekly with brokers regarding tasks that are pending (in progress)
  • Ensure that the clients' (advisers') experience with regard to service is satisfactory.
  • Ensure that advisers are treated as clients.
  • Manage adviser expectations in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (Annexure A) and selected service model in accordance with the Adviser Agreement.
Requirements:
  • RE5 xe2x80x93 Advantageous.
  • 1-2 yearsxe2x80x99 relevant Healthcare Administration work experience.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Systems, policy, and industry knowledge.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, and Afrikaans.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
Remuneration:
  • Dependent on experience and qualification.
