Operate your own real estate business

under the globally recognised Keller Williams brand Represent buyers, sellers, and landlords in property transactions across Cape Town and surrounds Prospect for new clients through lead generation, referrals, cold calling, and networking Conduct property valuations, showings, and open houses Guide clients through the real estate process from initial consultation to closing Negotiate offers and contracts with professionalism and care Stay current on local property market trends and property laws Leverage KW's globally recognised
