Job Title: Letting Agent
Location: Sunninghill
Position Summary:
To retain existing and drive new business within agreed rates and credit policies by promoting the image, products and services of the individual units available in buildings assigned to the sales agent and the Ithemba Group as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertising our rental apartments
- Showing rental apartments to prospective tenants
- Generate new business by promoting the rental apartments and securing the sale
- Facilitate the application and screening process for prospective tenant
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- NQF 4 in Real Estate required
- 3 or more years sales experience essential
- Property sales in Sunninghill and or surrounding areas
