Well presentable and professional, non smoking, Afrikaans speaking female (Aged 45 years maximum)
Afrikaans & English first & second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
Matric / Grade 12
3 to 5 years recent administrative & typing experience a must, preferably at a law firm
Computer literate in MS Office, with strong typing skills a must (speed and accuracy)
Willing and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail important
Own reliable transport
Stable employment record and contactable References (No job hoppers)
To start as soon as possible
Duties and Responsibilities:
Typing of Litigation documents and Road Accident Fund Third Party Claims (on behalf of Plaintiff) for law firm (training provided)
Drafting and typing of legal documents and notices
General legal administrative and secretarial duties
Reception and client liaison
Salary:
R10 000 - R15 000 gross (Depending on experience and typing skills).
Work hours:
Mondays to Fridays from 07h30am - 16h00pm.
