We are currently seeking a highly motivated Legal & Procurement Specialist to join our Business Administration team. As a Legal & Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant regulations and policies while managing our procurement processes efficiently and ensuring we get good value from our software subscriptions.

Your main responsibility in this position will be ensuring compliance with all legal and financial regulations, particularly within the ICT and corporate legal landscape. It will be important to stay up-to-date on any relevant legal developments and make adjustments to our processes as necessary. You'll also collaborate closely with teams to help them create and implement policies and procedures while ensuring everyone understands the consequences. This could involve conducting workshops or creating training materials.

Additionally, you will oversee our procurement activities, including exhibiting proficiency in data analysis, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance to expedite decision-making and prioritise risk management.

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong understanding of compliance regulations and procurement processes. You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
