We're seeking an Admitted Attorney with 5+ years post-articles experience in commercial litigation to guide transactions, manage legal documentation, and champion recoveries with professionalism and agility.
? Your Responsibilities Include
- Vetting legal terms prior to credit approval
- Drafting and managing legal agreements and securities
- Leading commercial recoveries and liaising with external counsel
- Performing KYC/FICA/AML/PEP checks
- Advising internal stakeholders and finalizing facility documentation
- Emotional Intelligence and professional EQ
- Initiative, accuracy, and obsessive attention to detail
- A document-control enthusiast who understands legal impact
- Clear communicators who engage confidently across teams and clients
- A love of growth, curiosity, and candid collaboration
