LLB Degree, articles completed
Minimum of 3 years post article experience as Legal Advisor in corporate firm or as an associate at a law firm
Expert legal knowledge combined with strong research skills
Minimum of 3 years experience of effective drafting, reviewing, interpreting legal agreements and documentation
Demonstrated working knowledge of legislation which includes, but is not limited to, POPI, GDPR, Companies Act, King IV, Employment related laws
You will also provide legal advice to minimise and/or mitigate legal and reputational risk, by ensuring compliance and providing advice in accordance with business objectives, internal governance processes, best practice, and legislation to all regions where the company operates
