Requirements

BProc or LLB degree with admission as an attorney or advocate (with completed pupillage).
Legislative Drafting Certificate (ideal).
Minimum 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience as a practicing attorney/advocate.
At least 3 years of experience in legislative drafting.
Proficiency in legal research, regulatory interpretation, policy development, and contract law.
Intermediate to advanced skills in digital tools and legal systems.
