To assist the procurement function and senior legal team with the day-to-day contracting for products and services with third parties. Assisting with operationalising and aligning the contract services strategy for the legal entity, in addition to working with external and internal stakeholders to identify and execute strategic procurement solutions, through the contracting process, in accordance with the legal entity mandate and regulatory requirements.

Proven experience in the provision of legal advice, drafting, vetting, review, dissemination and/or negotiation, with 2-4 years' experience working with commercial/procurement agreements. Identification and mitigation of legal risk. At least 2 years' people management experience.
