Provide legal advice to the Investment/Fund team.
Form part of due diligence and investments teams assisting with proposal of developments and structures.
Risks identification and recommend mitigation.
Responsible for commercial agreements drafting, vetting and negotiating - ensuring legal accuracy.

LLB
Admitted attorney with at least 3 years post article experience.
Negotiation and Legal drafting skills.
Must be able to convey and argue legal opinion.
Corporate and commercial law and banking and finance principles exposure.
Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Investment Banking and legal due diligence exposure.
