TB HIV Care (THC), in existence since 1929, is an internationally recognised non-profit organisation. We provide health care services throughout South Africa to both the general population and communities at increased risk for HIV and TB, including adolescent girls and young women, sex workers and people who use drugs. Purpose of the position:

To provide technical support, expert knowledge, insights, and performance reports on asset, finance and supply chain management related to the HAST programme.

Minimum Requirements

Relevant qualification in public sector finance and/or supply chain management A minimum of 5 years' experience in public sector finance and supply chain information systems management and training, ideally in a Health Sector environment Local knowledge and experience of Eastern Cape context is advantageous Very good knowledge of relevant legislation (POPIA) Clear criminal record

Duties and Responsibilities

Source System Advisory: Provide guidance on existing government infrastructure, databases, and integration points to accelerate data discovery Data Structure Analysis: Assist the Project Team Lead in interpreting historical data structures, schemas, and undocumented system logic * Integration Strategy: Advise on safe and effective methods for extracting data from current operational systems
