Faculty of Business and Information Technology

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures in

Business and/or Information Technology

programmes. Develop, review, and update course materials to align with academic standards and industry needs. Provide academic support, mentoring, and guidance to students. Conduct assessments, grading, and feedback in accordance with AIFT policies. Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum design, and quality assurance processes. Contribute to research, innovation, and community engagement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

Honours degree or above

in Business, IT, or a closely related field (Master's degree or PhD will be advantageous). Teaching and/or lecturing experience at tertiary level preferred. Strong subject matter expertise with the ability to link theory to practice. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to academic excellence and student success.

Core Competencies

Passion for teaching and lifelong learning. Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic academic environment. Strong organisational and time management skills. Research and analytical skills will be an added advantage.

Remuneration

A competitive salary package will be offered, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
