The Centre for Research on Evaluation, Science and Technology (CREST) hosts dynamic teaching programmes in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) with extensive local and international networks.

Duties:
Teaching in the postgraduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation (PGD ME) and MPhil in Monitoring and Evaluation (MME);
Developing and evaluating course materials;
Supervision of postgraduate students in the M&E programmes;
Active participation in all departmental activities and research projects;
Interaction with the evaluation community.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Monitoring and Evaluation;
- A strong and growing academic research and teaching record with at least two years' of lecturing experience;
- Demonstrated publication record;
- Demonstrated administrative and computer skills;
- Excellent communication and language skills in English;
- The ability to maintain good interpersonal relations and to work in a team.
A demonstrated record of supervision at Master's level;
Previous work experience in the evaluation field;
Participation in, and development of, local and international research networks.
