The IIE Varsity College Cape Town campus, School of Education is seeking Independent Contractors to lecture isiXhosa as a First Additional Language (FAL).
Competencies:
- English and IsiXhosa Communication and interpersonal skills
- Assertiveness and dynamism
- Understanding of customer service in education
- Demonstrate an ability to manage work and self proactively
- A minimum of a B.Ed. Honourxe2x80x99s degree or
- Honourxe2x80x99s degree in the language to be lectured or
- another Humanities/Arts/Social Science Honours or
- Postgraduate Diploma (at NQF level 8)
- Ideally, teaching/lecturing experience in the language to be lectured.
- Preference will be given to South African Citizens and Permanent residents of South Africa in possession of proof of permanent resident status.
