Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging online lectures and tutorials aligned with curriculum outcomes.
Develop and moderate assessment instruments.
Assess students.
Provide academic guidance, feedback, and mentorship to students.
Respond to queries and support learners through digital platforms.
Participate in curriculum reviews and updates.
Contribute to the development of new learning materials.
Attend staff meetings and academic planning sessions.
Participate in graduation ceremonies and other academic events.
Minimum Requirements:
NQF Level 8 qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years relevant industry experience.
Registration with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP).
Experience in facilitation and assessment.
Excellent communication, digital literacy, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
