Are you a people person with a passion for property? We're looking for a Leasing Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys meeting new clients, and knows how to match the right tenant with the right property.
As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in expanding our rental portfolio and maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. This is a client-facing, results-driven role -- perfect for someone who loves communication, organisation, and closing deals.
What You'll Do
Engage with landlords to list new rental properties
Conduct viewings, manage enquiries, and qualify potential tenants
Prepare and process lease documentation and property handovers
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service at every step
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth move-ins and renewals
What You'll Bring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly, confident personality with strong attention to detail
Previous experience in real estate or leasing (advantageous but not essential)
A proactive attitude with strong organisational skills
