We are looking for a leasing agent to assistant in the running of a portfolio of +-80 rental units based in Cape Town. These apartments are let on a long term rental model with a component of the portfolio involving student accommodation.
The role would require the successful applicant to operate with a hybrid office/remote work model. You would be required to execute a series of tasks on an ongoing basis as prescribed by the Property Administrator that would include the following:
Conduct viewings at apartments
Meeting contractors on-site to perform maintenance
Conducting intro & outro inspections
Communicating with tenants
Supporting the Property Administrator
With the intention of ensuring that:
Units are fully let at all times
Rentals for units are managed effectively to maximize the income for our clients
Invoices, payments and statement's go out on time and with the upmost accuracy
Clients receive prompt and precise communication at all times
Tenants are receiving the require communication when needed
Maintenance and repairs are effected when required
The successful applicant must have:
Strong communication skills
Must be punctual
Must be able to meet deadlines
Good time management
Pervious experience in a similar role (useful)
Good references
Own vehicle
We have a very strong preference for candidates who live in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town
There will be a R2 500 petrol allowance in addition to the salary
We are looking for someone who can start this month (January 2026)
This is a set salary job and not a commission orientated position.
