Job Title: Remote Leasing Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Remote Leasing Manager to join our dynamic U.S.-based property management company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience in property and leasing management and a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all leasing activities, including marketing vacant properties, screening tenants, and coordinating lease signings
• Respond to tenant inquiries and schedule virtual showings
• Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and documentation
• Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with property owners and internal teams to ensure occupancy goals are met
• Address tenant issues related to leasing, move-ins, and lease terms
• Track leads and maintain communication in CRM or property management system

• 4+ years of experience in property and leasing management (U.S. market experience preferred)
• Proficient in lease documentation and tenant management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to work with CRM/property management platforms
• Own laptop and stable high-speed internet connection
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working 3 PM to 11 PM South African Time (U.S. business hours)
