Learning & Development Superintendent
Job Description
One of our top clients within the mining sector is seeking a highly experienced Learning & Development Superintendent to join their department at their operation based in Mpumalanga.
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:
Matric
Degree in Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering
Diploma in Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices OD ETDP (Advantageous)
BCom or BA degree with specialization in Human Resources Development (Advantageous)
Knowledge and Experience:
Learning Management System experience (SAP/SuccessFactors or other system(s)
5-10 years Relevant experience within a heavy Industry/ Mining/ Production Environment (Mandatory)
