Purpose of the position:
To operationalise the end-to-end train ing development process (design, implement, and evaluate training programs) to enhance employees' skills and knowledge within the sales function. The role focuses on fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organisation, ensuring that training initiatives align with business goals and the professional development needs of employees.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, ATD) is a plus.
Minimum Experience:
  • 2-5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Training needs analysis
Training programme objectives and annual training plan (tactical planning)
Training Programme design including learning paths
  • Design, develop, and update training content, including materials, guides, and e-learning modules.
  • Establish proficiency levels (basic, intermediate, advanced) and map skills to each level to create a tailored training plan.
  • Create role-specific training paths for different user groups (e.g., administrators, power users, general employees).
Quality assurance of designed content of content writers
New / reviewed content creation and development (when required)
Manage the programme implementation process incl. outsourced service providers (coordination and delivery)
  • Organise and schedule training sessions (in-person and virtual) in collaboration with department leads.
  • Coordinate with internal or external trainers and subject matter experts to deliver workshops and seminars.
  • Manage registration, attendance, and feedback processes.
Training facilitation (SharePoint training of all functional and campus SharePoint owners)
Training impact assessment / ROI (feedback on learning initiatives / evaluation and feedback of training programmes)

  • Strong writing and editing skills for creating clear and concise training materials.
  • Understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
