Learning and Development Specialist required in Bedfordview.
The L&D Specialist ensures employees develop the skills, knowledge, and capabilities needed for their roles and future growth. The mission is to embed continuous learning and strengthen succession pipelines.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required.
Salary: R25 000 - R32 000 per month.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Training Needs Analysis: Partner with managers annually to identify skills gaps, using surveys, interviews, and performance data.
Program Design: Develop training materials, e-learning content, and workshops tailored to organisational needs.
Delivery: Facilitate onboarding training, run in-person or virtual training sessions, and coordinate with external trainers when needed.
Evaluation: Measure training effectiveness via surveys, assessments, and impact metrics (e.g., improved performance scores, reduced error rates).
Career Development: Design career paths, implement mentoring/coaching programs, and support leadership development.
Succession Planning: Identify high-potential employees, maintain talent profiles, and recommend development actions.
