The position
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our frontline employees.
Your responsibilities will be to:

• Design, develop, and deliver impactful training programmes to improve product knowledge, compliance, and customer engagement skills.
• Equip teams with the skills to leverage digital tools and platforms effectively.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs to align training with business objectives.
• Facilitate onboarding for new employees and provide ongoing mentorship, including in-field coaching.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

• Strong knowledge of Agile Methodology, Lean Thinking, and Scrum principles.
• Proficiency in Kanban principles and Lean-Agile Leadership.
• Expertise in coaching, facilitation, and Agile Product Management.
• Familiarity with Flow and Design Thinking concepts.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programmes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of digital tools and emerging trends in training and development.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating training effectiveness
• Fluent English
• Bachelor's degree in life science or healthcare
• Driver's license
