Job Description

Our client in the Financial Services industry is searching for a Learning and Development Specialist to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and passionate about employee and organisational development, combining strong stakeholder management skills with a talent for cultivating positive workplace culture and engagement.
Requirements:

  • Completed Degree or Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or Commerce.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a Talent Development Specialist, HR Business Partner, or similar role.
  • Preferably experienced in the Financial Services sector.
  • Solid understanding of EVP (Employee Value Proposition) principles and experience implementing culture and engagement strategies.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills; systems-oriented, with a keen interest in digital HR tools.
