We are looking for a Learning and Change Enablement Specialist who gets that real change does not happen until people get it, believe in it, and know how to work with it. If you are someone who thrives at the intersection of systems, people, and process and you love designing training that actually sticks - we would love to hear from you.

What You will Do



You will play a pivotal role in bringing new systems and processes to life across the organisation. That means:

Partnering with IT, Ops and Training to make sure process changes work in the real world*, not just on paper.
Designing engaging, role-specific training (in-person and digital). Supporting people through change with empathy and clarity. Train new managers in their positions. Equipping them for their new role. Creating and maintaining clear, practical SOPs. Helping us set up and maintain our future digital learning platform.
You will not just teach people what to do, you will help them understand why it matters and how it connects to the bigger picture.

A Typical Week Might Include:



Attending a system design session and mapping the impact on driver workflows Building interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Rise or Adobe tools Coaching a line manager on how to support their team through a process change Updating SOPs and prepping for a compliance training refresh Reviewing adoption data to see where users are getting stuck--and solving it Conduct field-based readiness assessments and feedback reviews.

What You will Bring



3-5 years of experience in training, change enablement, or systems implementation Strong instructional design skills, including digital content creation A knack for translating complexity into simplicity Familiarity with tools like Articulate Rise, Camtasia, or Moodle (or similar) Bonus: experience in logistics, courier, or operational environments
