Job Description


Job SummaryJob Purpose: To enhance the knowledge and competence of employees through skills and competency development initiatives and training interventions and programmes in Regulation, Operational Excellence and Examination training.Education requirements:

  • A relevant degree, preferably in Human Resources Development or Education.
Minimum experience requirements:
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in the design and delivery of training interventions and programmes
Key performance areas:
  • To design, source and manage learning and development programmes to build the knowledge and competence of staff;
  • To monitor the demand for knowledge and development services, identify trends and efficacy of the learning and development strategies;
  • To liaise with divisions about their training needs and source specific competence and knowledge training services, as required;
  • To build and manage a strong team and ensure adherence to all relevant human resource policies.
  • Implementation and report on the employee induction programme;
  • Implement and coordinate young talent programmes programs e.g., internships, learnerships.
  • Manage, implement and the end-to-end employee bursary process.
  • Provision of timely and accurate reports in accordance with business and management requirements.
  • To assist in the management of the business unit.
  • To ensure the proper administration, governance and risk management of the sub-unit
